Alon Freeman has graduated from the Houston Community
College Peace Officer course. He recently completed the application
process with the Richmond, Texas Police Department. He will start with
that agency later this year. Explorer Freeman joined the HPD Explorer

James “Jimmy” Cianciolo is currently in Phase II of the HPD
hiring process. He will be taking his comprehension test this month. He
joined the Post in August 2016 and currently holds the rank of Explorer
Sergeant in the Westside Post.

Jojan Ruales will be leaving to the U.S. Army this month for
a 3 year active duty enlistment. Explorer Ruales is an original Explorer
of Post 3203 having joined in July 2014. He has participated at “State”
Competition both years the Westside Post attended.
